Return Policy

Pre-Order Confirmation:

    • By placing a pre-order with us, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to purchasing the specified item(s) in advance of their official release. By proceeding with your pre-order, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

Payment:

    • Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. Your payment secures your reservation for the product.

No Refund or Exchanges:

    • All pre-orders are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, delays in product release, or dissatisfaction with the final product.

Product Release Date:

    • The estimated release date provided for pre-ordered items is subject to change. While we make every effort to fulfill orders as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations are not permitted once a pre-order is placed. Please consider your purchase carefully before confirming your pre-order.

Communication:

    • We will keep you informed of any significant updates regarding your pre-order through the contact information provided during the order process.

Product Availability:

    • Pre-orders are subject to product availability. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Damaged Items: 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via email at  hello @ gooffbrand.com. To expedite the process:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.
  • Include clear photos of the damage along with your order details.
  • We will review the issue and provide instructions for the next steps.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was shipped in error or marked defective. •  Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

If the item does not meet the return criteria outlined below, it will be sent back to you once the reshipment fee is paid. We will inform you of the cost for reshipment.

Shipping Policy

Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Processing for all orders will take at least 4-5 business days. (Excluding Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays)
